Servatius is a good and reliable landlord, when something is broken they will fix it quickly. In 2024 the kitchen got rebuilt and practically the whole neighborhood as well. This apartment gets very hot in summers as the sun is directly on the window. The neighborhood can feel a bit sketchy, so I personally didn't feel comfortable keeping my window open constantly on the ground floor.
