I found a nice studio here at MaastrichtHousing, with a balcony on the street-side of the house. I called WMM, asked for a viewing and also if they could call me back when other people had already seen and wanted the room before my viewing (so that I don't have to come all the way to Maastricht). I didn't receive such a call so I went to Maastricht for the viewing. The guy from WMM "arranging" the viewing just sent me to the studio upstairs and did not show / explain me anything (the girl that was living in the room either). The room was different than the one on this website, which was not that big of a deal since it was similarly nice. However, when I came down again and asked the WMM guy he said there were 3 other people that viewed the room before me... So no chance for me to get the room as I was 4th on the list. Very frustrating to come all the way to Maastricht for this disappointment. The worst thing of all is that WMM asks an agency fee of one month rent +21% for their "service". I would not recommend WMM to anyone.

Besides the fact that I'm pretty sure renting exclusively to females is not permitted by law, I only received notice from Woonmanagement that the Landlord would not allow me to view the accomodation 30 minutes before I was scheduled to do so, without regard to the fact that I had already incurred considerable travel costs to be at the viewing on time. Needless to say I was quite dissapointed.
